Timeline Therapy

TImeline therapy (TLT) is a powerful process for personal change and growth by facilitating the elimination of the painful emotions attached to memories or events in the past.


Timeline Therapy works on unhealthy habits of thinking, triggers, physical symptoms and habits and we trace back in one’s timeline to where the root of the problem started to resolve it.


TLT also focuses on what we can learn from those events and use what we learn as a resource for the future.
