Qi gong, gentle yoga and meditation class recording 

Come and join me for some energising Yoga, healing Qi gong and relaxing meditation. This is your “me” time to nourish your mind, body and spirit. This online zoom class recording is 50 minutes long. Yoga

Yoga is known to help release tension from the muscles where we hold stress, this in turn releases tension from the mind. We will do spiritual yoga which is the traditional form of yoga, it’s meditation in movement.

Qi Gong

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese healing practice which is gentle yet powerful at calming the mind and clearing energy blockages from your mind and body.  We will do various movements each week that will help with digestion, adrenals to help restore energy levels and others that I will intuitively when I feel guided

Donna Eden

Donna Eden energy exercises are a form of gentle movements that help boost the immune system and overcome stuck energy which causes low mood and lack of motivation.

Meditation

Meditation to help calm mind chatter and breathing exercises to calm the nervous system and lift the mood.
